We're a fitness studio without the studio. We set up wherever St. Augustine already gathers — a coffee shop, a garden, a storefront we love — and bring the class to you.
Every pop-up is ticketed, and 20% of every ticket goes to a charity our host picks. All you have to do is show up.

A studio that borrows its walls.
Studio III started with three things we care about: moving well, eating well, and knowing your neighbors. That's the III. Until we have walls of our own, we're hosting classes inside the local businesses we'd send you to anyway.
Every host is a place we genuinely love. If a pop-up introduces you to your new favorite coffee shop — or the owner behind it — that's the whole point.
How we give back
Part of every ticket stays in town.
When you buy a ticket, 20% goes to a charity chosen by the business hosting us — their community, their call. It's built into the price, so there's nothing extra to do at checkout.

What is Studio III?
We're a pop-up wellness studio. We host fitness classes, nutrition talks, and get-togethers at local businesses around St. Augustine — a different spot each time.
Do you have a permanent studio?
Not yet! Studio III is currently popping up at local businesses throughout the community. Follow along to stay updated on upcoming events, classes, and future plans.
How do tickets work?
Class sizes depend on the venue, and tickets are sold online ahead of time. We post the link once the host, location, and class are locked in — joining the list below is the fastest way to hear about it.
How does Studio III give back?
20% of every ticket sale goes to a charity picked by the business hosting us. That's part of every event, not a special occasion.
Can my business host a pop-up?
We'd love that. If you have a space and you're curious what a class would look like in it, send us a note below and we'll figure it out together.
